Motivation

Motivation is the second most important life line for all human beings after Oxygen. It is the essence that constantly inspires self and others to keep hunting and moving towards their life objectives. Motivation has always inspired a glimpse into the future. Its two complementary processes- looking back and looking forward- provides the structure of Motivation.

Individuals often berate themselves for the lack of anticipated progress. And this is measured through the respect, recognition and rewards they are able to accomplish. The productivity of the employee is directly related to his intention which is further related to his Motivation.

It may a wishful thinking for many to imagine motivating others and self can be as effortless as inhaling and exhaling. Also there are notions often doing rounds that  good pay or salary are the key motivators, however we cannot escape the fact they are temporary motivators and thereafter they get converted as the individuals right.

In our workshop, don't focus on 'What', instead, we focus on 'Why'. Also we perfectly understand people first see then believe things and we through Motivation put them in the stage of First Believing and Then Seeing. Therefore, we make four people lift say a 120 Kg person on just their two fingers.
