Communication

Communication is the medium created for the mankind to interact, progress and evolve. In spite of being such a powerful tool it continues to be the source of digression, impertinence, impalpable, wrong interpretation and misunderstandings. It has created both lore and garbled messages. It has in fact given profound understanding of stimulus and response.

Communicating is not only an art but also a science. Communication is not by chance but a deliberate learned process which one may do consciously or unconsciously. The chances for communication to succeed are utmost when there is an conscious interplay between the individuals and the environment.

An Average employee receives about 190 communications a day by phone, email, paper etc Communicating about communication never stops...
